Background:
The
Strategic data Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the team in the
effective operation of the University's business intelligence functions. This
include the collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of data to
facilitate strategic decision-making across Colleges, Divisions, and
Departments. The role involves providing the development and implementation of
data strategies, ensuring data quality and integrity, and promoting a
data-driven culture within the University. The Coordinator will also assist in
the operational direction of all University surveys and the timely preparation
and presentation of reports to various stakeholders.
Person Specification:
Essential
- A Bachelor’s Degree in
Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a
related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of work
experience.
- Demonstrated experience in
data analysis and university survey reports.
- Extensive experience in
handling large volumes of Institutional Data and utilizing various data
storage and reporting systems.
- Experience in developing and
implementing data strategies and governance frameworks.
Desirable
- A postgraduate qualification
in a relevant field would be an added advantage.
Salary: FJD37,096 gross per annum plus superannuation
