Background:
The Student Resident Assistant (SRA) develops
a sense of community among residents and actively participates in the Halls of
Residence (HOR) activities as well as serves as a positive role model to residents and peer staff members and enforces the
rules and acts as a liaison between residents and the accommodation team.
Organizational Relationship
The
SRA will have a primary relationship with:
- Hostel Supervisor (Warden)
- Senior Hostel Supervisor
- Team Leader Accommodation

Person Specification:
The Student Resident Assistant (SRA) must have:
Essentials:
- FNU Enrolled Senior undergraduate students or the Post
Graduate studies.
- Student must apply for the campus, currently enrolled in and must not have any pending or adverse disciplinary cases
- Student with previous SRA experience will be an added advantage
- Students holding another contract will not be eligible
Allowance: FJD $50.00 gross per week
