Background:
The
primary responsibility of the Manager Student Support Services is to oversee
the campus life activities, student experience, counselling services, sports
and disability services. The Manager Student Support Services will also be required
to work with other section Managers/Registrar/DALT to review all student-related
policies and other related systems. This will also require coordination with
internal & external stakeholders.
Person Specification:
Essential:
- Master’s degree in a relevant
field with 5 years of relevant work experience; OR Postgraduate Diploma in
a relevant field with 6 years of relevant work experience; OR Bachelor’s
degree in a relevant field with 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in student services,
student affairs, counselling and welfare services in a University setting.
Experience in policy development and student services improvement.
Desirable:
- Higher qualifications in the
relevant field
- Excellent writing skills
Salary: FJD67,014 gross per annum plus 10% superannuation
