Background:

The incumbent shall be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repairs of electrical equipment, controls, lighting, and circuits. Ensure work is in accordance with relevant codes and compliance. Responds to emergency situations during and after hours for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns.

Person Specification:

Essential:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years or more of work experience in the relevant field OR Certificate IV, with 3 years relevant work experience working under EFL license contractor OR Certificate III, with 4 years relevant work experience working under EFL license contractor OR Trade Test Certificate Level III with 5years relevant work experience working under EFL license contractor OR Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid Wireperson’s License.

Desirable:

• Higher qualification. 
• Experience/Training in OHS and/or Project Management.

Salary: FJD24,560.00 plus 10% superannuation
