Background:
The appointee will be
responsible for the preparation of preventative maintenance documentation in
terms of detailed scoping and design plans, project management of the major
construction works at the FNU sites in accordance with the scope of works ensuring
quality delivery and compliance. He/ She will be required to liaise closely
with the Manager Maintenance & Building Services throughout the project
duration.
Person Specification:
Essential:
- A Bachelor’s in Building / Civil Engineering,
Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Project management,
Architectural Engineering or Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 4 years’
experience managing building infrastructure construction projects. Or a
Diploma/Adv. Diploma in Building, Civil engineering, Engineering
Technology, Construction Management, Project management, Architectural
Engineering or Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 8 years of work
experience in the relevant building infrastructure-related field.
Desirable:
- Higher qualification in relevant
field project management.
- Experience/Training in Project
Management.
Salary: FJD50,789.00- 64,339.00 plus 10% superannuation
