Background This position will provide HRIS system user support, guidance and trainings to the end users of HRIS system. This role also supports other HR Analytics and Technology department team members and HR business customers with data-based research and problem-solving.     
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepares end-user documentation and training materials
• Providing training to end users of HRIS
• Maintains full knowledge of all modules of HR-specific technology support
• Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation
• Provides ongoing user support for all HRIS inquiries
• Identifies and recommends product customizations, enhancements or workarounds to enhance the client's experience
• Provide expert level knowledge of HRIS and promote it to users internally, through video and in-person training, participation drives, etc.
• Maintain awareness of current trends in HR information systems with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies. 
• Examine trends in information systems training, materials and techniques. Through seminars, workshops, or other mechanisms, continuously increase both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge. 
• Participate in user group meetings/conferences
• To work collaboratively with HR Partners and other departments within HR to achieve set goals and targets.
• Able to take initiative, solve problems and work without supervision to achieve goals and meet deadlines. 
• Any other task assigned by the supervisor
• Engage in developing, utilising and maintaining HR systems and controls for tracking HR-related processes and project initiatives. Examples include using UIMS (University Integrated Management System) databases and dashboards to track compensation and benefits data and employment records for planning, reporting and compliance. The position holder will be responsible for the integrity of the HR’s data and processes within this department and will ensure seamless flow information through to the other internal stakeholders. This includes working with the HR Analytics & Technology department to ensure that relevant tools and dashboards are developed for internal stakeholder reporting.
• To undertake special projects assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

 
Person Specification:

Essential:
• Bachelor Degree in relevant field with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• HRM & HRIS experience
• Possess an excellent problem solving, presentation, organizational and analytical skills; communication, interpersonal and customer service skills; and possess a professional and proactive attitude.
• Must have excellent Microsoft word, power point skills and Microsoft Skills.

Desirable: 
• Previous or current work experience in a tertiary education institution.
• Experience in working in an organisation with multi-site operations.

Salary Base Salary of FJD $22,931.00 plus 10% superannuation
