•  To provide technical advice and system support in the management of assigned Campus portfolios. 
•  To manage the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) of ancillary services. 
•  To manage day-to-day housekeeping and grounds-maintenance activities. 
•  To coordinate events set-up, and manage facilities related requests delegated by Maintenance Help desk.
•  To carry out all administrative tasks associated with facilities management

Person Specification:
•  Degree in Property Management, Real Estates & Land Management with two years of Property related work experience.

•  Must hold a valid full driving license.
•  Possess a good understanding of property related repair and maintenance works as well as past experience in managing housekeeping and grounds-maintenance works. Candidates with past working experience in a property-related environment and with experience in managing SLAs have an added advantage.
•  Have an attention to detail. Accurately update information into the asset management database.
•  Prepare clear and concise reports in a timely manner.
•  Maintain a high standard of communication and problem solving skills.
•  Understanding and knowledge of health and safety requirement.
•  Good organization and interpersonal skills.
•  A team player and willingness to work after hours and during weekends, if required.
•  Assist with training and development plans for staff towards increased learning opportunities and building capacity.
•  Events management & logistics, promote change management, innovation, design new solutions & processes and champion all facilities staff.

Salary Base salary of $28,684.00 plus 10% superannuation.
